Enterprise Delivery Manager
As an Enterprise Delivery Manager on the Solutions Delivery team, you will lead Benchmark’s largest and most complex customer implementations across our SaaS platform — BMS (Benchmark Management System®), First Sign®, and C.A.R.E.®.

Product Owner
We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of a defined product surface within our platform — whether that is shared infrastructure, a new product being built from scratch, a specialized law enforcement workflow, or a data-driven analytics experience. You will work as a trio alongside a lead engineer and a junior engineer, using our AI-augmented software development lifecycle to deliver at a pace that traditionally required much larger teams. This is not a traditional product manager role: you own scope, priority, and delivery accountability in one seat, and you produce complete, engineering-ready specifications that your engineering pair can build from directly.

In this vital customer-facing role, you will drive the implementation of our system with a sense of urgency balanced with quality delivery. You’ll leverage a consultative project management approach to the implementation, use acquired knowledge in enterprise SaaS configuration techniques, apply best practice roll-out strategies, and conduct training with police and other government agencies. You have an interest in working with police and government agencies to understand their operational context and provide a software experience that exceeds their expectations.

In this critical customer-facing role, you will drive the configuration and optimization of our SaaS platform with both speed and precision, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making. As a key member of an Agile team, you will iteratively refine system configurations, quickly adapting to feedback and evolving customer needs. Leveraging a consultative approach, you will apply Agile principles, enterprise SaaS configuration techniques, and best-practice rollout strategies to ensure seamless implementation.
