Who we are

Founded by a seasoned group of serial entrepreneurs, Benchmark Analytics delivers evidence-based research that helps law enforcement command staff reduce officer injuries and incidents leading to liability. We are a double-bottom line company – our management team is comprised of former police personnel, former city officials, and current change-makers who believe in (and have witnessed) the power of data to transform government. Successful candidates will assist Benchmark and our partners by sharing Evidence-Based Practices with industry groups (MCPA, MSA, etc.) and through direct support with agency command staff to share research findings, support agencies’ efforts to adopt new Evidence-Based Practices, and collect data.

The role is designed to be part-time / hourly on demand based on the needs of partner law enforcement agencies.  Seeking candidates with availability between 2 to 3 days per week.
