In this demo, we will break down the Field Training System. Based on the San Jose Field Training Model, this system features the following functionality:

• Track, review and analyze on-the-job performance and skill development over the course of a field training program
• Capture a new daily observation report
• Create supervisor observation reports
• Measure training performance over time
• Identify potential biases based on performance details
